Expired SAT checkpoint download links in the v1.0 branch

Hi, thanks for releasing this project.

I found that the SAT checkpoint download links in the v1.0 branch, specifically in sat/README.md, are no longer valid. The links currently return an HTML error page instead of the actual checkpoint archives, so commands such as wget and unzip fail.

This appears to affect the CogVideoX SAT checkpoints for both the 2B and 5B models, including the VAE and Transformer weights.

Could you please update the download links for the v1.0 release or provide an alternative source, such as Hugging Face, ModelScope, or another mirror?
