[BUG] Copy and Paste from clipboard doesn't work in meeting summary editing mode

Bug Description

When editing a generated meeting summary, it is not possible to use the system's copy and paste functionality (either through the menu or shortcuts). I was trying to change a number of instance of incorrectly transcribed company names.

Current Behavior

CTRL-C and CTLR-V shortcuts are ignored

Expected Behavior

CTRL-C would copy the currently selected text to the system clipboard. CTRL-V would replace the currently selected text with the content of the system clipboard.
