[FEATURE] Summary Traceability & Evidence Linking

Feature Description

Add traceable references between AI-generated summaries and the original meeting transcript. Each summary item, decision, or action item should link to the transcript segment from which it was derived.

Problem Statement

Meeting summaries are helpful, but it can be difficult to verify where a specific point originated. Users often need to manually search through long transcripts to validate important decisions or action items, which slows down the review process and reduces confidence in the generated summary.

Proposed Solution

Include transcript references (timestamps or transcript segments) alongside each summary item. Clicking a reference should navigate directly to the relevant part of the transcript, allowing users to quickly verify the supporting discussion.

Example:

• Decision: Migrate authentication to OAuth2.

  • Transcript: 14:32–15:18

• Action Item: Alice will prepare the migration plan.

  • Transcript: 27:41–28:05
