[BUG]: Video title marquee in browser 2x faster after finishing video

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Search for a video with a long enough title to do a marquee.
2. Watch the video until the end
3. Once video has completed, jump back to the search results.
4. The card that was previously clicked now has a marquee that goes 2x the speed compared to before.
