[BUG]: Volume gradually decreases when watching long form videos.

Steps to reproduce the bug

Just play any long form video and watch for about an hour.

Actual behavior

I'm not sure if this is a bug or what it actually is but when watching a long form video, the volume will very gradually decrease over time to the point where about an hour later it's somewhere between 20% to 25% lower than when the video first launched. It happens so gradually that you can't even notice it. If you back out of the video and relaunch it, the volume will go back up to what it was when the video was originally launched. The process will then repeat itself again. If you watch a 3 or 4 hour video, this cycle repeats 2 or 3 times.
