Fast fox do I just add the values to my user.js

I added the user.js from the better fox github then I went into fast fox js in this github and added a lot of options, I did read them and didn't add all of them, is this what I was supposed to do.

Why are the options in fast fox not in the default user.js and no instructions for adding fast fox to the user.js

I want speed

After adding the options it does seem Firefox is faster have to test it a bit
