Steps to reproduce

1. Verify the MCP registration with:

   /Applications/ChatGPT.app/Contents/Resources/codex mcp get aitoearn

✔️ Expected Behavior

The read-only listChannelPlatforms tool should complete successfully and return the available publishing platforms.

No upload, publishing, task creation, or comment operation should be performed.

❌ Actual Behavior

Codex returns 503 Service Unavailable.

Codex reports that the request is blocked by the safety review layer and does not reach AiToEarn.

The same result occurs after restarting Codex and retrying the read-only request.

No upload, publishing, task creation, or comment operation was executed.
