Localhost URL support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to be able to look at my RSS feeds that run locally, in the desktop app.

Describe the solution you'd like Allow local RSS feeds. e.g., instead of http://localhost:port/rss.xml being invalid, its accepted as a URL.
