Feature Request: Add a warning/confirmation prompt when opening an existing session

Hello my dear I am a frequent user of XPipe, utilizing it in conjunction with WezTerm for my terminal sessions.

I would like to request a feature that enhances session management: when I attempt to initiate an SSH connection to a server for which I already have an active session (and perhaps have forgotten about it), it would be extremely helpful if XPipe could display a warning or confirmation prompt This would help prevent unnecessary multiple connections and better manage terminal resources.
