Horizontal and vertical mirroring shortcuts (for strokes)

I already know that mirroring is possible by resizing, but this doesn't guarantee a 1:1 mirror because of the accuracy of cursor movements and also I personally think is a little bit annoying that way.

Feature Description

What I'd aiming for is add into the the edit menu/toolbar, two entries/buttons for both horizontal and vertical mirroring, also with a shortcut for each (let's say "Ctrl + M" and "Ctrl + Shift + M" for horizontal and vertical respectively).

I know there's already an issue regarding mirroring, but for images, and not focused specifically to shortcuts, just to the functionality of transforming images IIRC. I think it should be a simple addition, so I would like to make the PR by myself, mostly as a learning process, but I would like to have an inside opinion about it, just to make sure.
