Support setting inter-character spacing for text widgets

I use Xournal++ the most to fill out forms, by adding text objects over an image of the form. Some of the form fields are often numbers, with short lines indicating the boundaries for each digit. When I enter Text in Xournal++, however, I have no way to adjust the inter-character spacing so that it fits wha the form requires. Instead, I have to manually enter spaces and play with the font sizes, repeatedly, until I finally hit the exact correct combination. That's inconvenient.

Feature Description

Allow an additional setting for a text widget: Not just font family and size, but also inter-character spacing (or inter-character spacing modification from the default - additive or multiplicative; that makes it easier to reset to the default spacing with a value of +0.0 or 1.0x respectively).
