feat: marcel like pipes

I've known marcel for sometime and it is cool. Xonsh could get some inspiration from the project especially composing output from subprocess with python functions through pipe. It feels like doing functional programming and it is useful when filtering/formatting output.

Also there is this another project that uses pipes to pass values too. https://github.com/terrycojones/daudin
