Question regarding commercial use of RealESRGANv2-animevideo for freelance work

Hi Xinntao and the development team,

First of all, thank you for your incredible work on Real-ESRGAN. I am a freelance video engineer in Japan, and I am absolutely blown away by the quality of the RealESRGANv2-animevideo model. It is truly wonderful and exactly what I need to achieve the best results for my video restoration work.

I understand that this model is currently distributed under the OpenMMLab AI Model License, which restricts commercial use. I deeply respect your work and want to follow the rules strictly, so I am reaching out to ask for your guidance.

Would it be possible to obtain permission to use this specific model for my paid freelance work (upscaling and restoring videos locally, requested by my clients)? I strictly promise that I will NOT resell the model, nor will I use it to build any public web service or API. It will only be used locally on my PC as a tool for my craft.

If there is a paid commercial license available, or any specific conditions I need to meet, please let me know. I would be incredibly grateful if you could consider my request.
