[Bug] Floating download button is hidden by some ads blocker

Description

Stands ad blocker make the floating download button hidden if ad block function is enable. The floating button appeared if ad block function is turn of or put the video source website in the ads whitelist and refresh the web page. It working well with adgurad and luna ad blocker.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Stands ad blocker on youtube
2. Disable "Block ads on this site" button
3. Refresh webpage
4. Floating button appeared and working normally
5. Enable "Block ads on this site" button
6. Refresh webpage
7. Floating button disappeared.

Expected behavior

Floating download button still remain even ads function is turn on by ad blocker.
