[Feature Request] IPC API for external tooling

Some sort of IPC API that would allow the emulator to run entirely headless and be controlled by an external program or application. This could allow for external tools to handle the changing of settings (for example which slot your profile is mapped to, or which profile is logged in). This would not only enable tooling, but it would allow people to create custom dashboards and the like making use of this API to communicate with the emulator and make changes on the fly. One of my biggest qualms about using Xenia is the fact that I cannot use my controller to respond to system prompts. This could allow for external tools to generate the system prompt windows and make them controller compatible!
