One controller's input detected as two separate controllers

Describe what's going wrong

When I try using my wireless Xbox 360 controller with a wireless adapter, xenia detects the first controller as two separate controllers. This issue persists on every game. (one of my suspicions is license_mask = -1, before i turned it on, the bug wasnt there)

I should have one controller and one controller only.
