Bug report

I have 2 DV files (DV profile 8 - DV level 6) In the log file, the S01E06 plays fine and WebOS shows "Dolby Vision" in the upper right corner. The S04E04 also shows "Dolby Vision" in the upper right corner, but either loops through the last 2 seconds from a previously working playback or just shows a blackscreen, if its the first one thats been played after starting Kodi. Audio plays fine, but no video. In the logs I see "setTimeToDecode failed" when playing a problematic file.

Expected Behavior

I see video output from the file

Actual Behavior

There is no video output

Possible Fix

When disabling "Dolby Vision" as available type in the player settings and it falls back to regular HDR10 the playback works

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Unzip sample_files.zip
  2. Play "S04E04_sample_10sec.mkv" - no video output
  3. Play "S01E07_sample_10sec.mkv" - working fine

Debuglog

Additional context or screenshots (if appropriate)

I copied S04E04 to a USB stick and tried playing it through the native WebOS media player, which worked fine and used DV.
