Twinkle not detecting display and sometimes not showing brightness control too.

I have windows laptop connected to apple studio display and dell monitor. The app is great however, sometimes it doesn't detect the monitors at all. I have tried closing my laptop lid and unplugging the usb-c from the laptop and reinserting to see if it can find the monitors. Unfortunately, no display is detected. I have also tried refreshing the display using the twinkle but this does not work too. Other issues I have is that when a monitor is detected, a single monitor only shows for instance apple studio display will show but not dell monitor brightness will show and vice versa. There is some odd behaviour there.

Hope you can fix it please.
