GitHub PR & issue titles lose their [XX] prefix

What's broken?

The GitHub module does not display single-word prefixes in brackets in PR and issue titles.

A PR titled:

[Fix] Some PR description

renders as:

✓ 52123  Some PR description

Titles whose bracketed prefix contains a space are unaffected: [CI Perf] Some PR description renders correctly.
