[feat] Add modules in yaml format with cmdrunner template rather than implement them in golang

What should it do?

It would be nice to be able to add new modules with the cmdrunner framework instead of having to write them in pure golang. I only oppened it to create a discussion. If I am the only person interested then we can close it but if other people are interested then pls
