[Feature Request]: Option to ignore hotkeys while the focused window is fullscreen

Problem Statement

Currently the hotkeys are global regardless of the current state, which can cause problems with many programs. This would obviously be useful for gaming, but would also be relevant for things as simple as videos playing in fullscreen.

Proposed Solution

The expected behavior would be for the app to detect when the focused window is running in fullscreen mode, and would ignore hotkeys accordingly. A switch in the settings would be all that would be required for user configuration.
