Temperature units forced to Fahrenheit regardless of system Celsius setting

Brief description of your issue

The recent updates of System Informer display all hardware temperatures (CPU/GPU) exclusively in Fahrenheit. The application seems to ignore the operating system's regional and metric settings.

Steps to reproduce (optional)

Open Windows 10 settings and ensure that the region, formats, and system locale are set to use the Metric system / Celsius (iMeasure is set to 0 in registry).Open System Informer and look at the temperature readings (tray icon / System Information / Hardware tab).

Expected behavior (optional)

Temperatures should be displayed in Celsius (°C) according to the Windows regional settings.

Actual behavior (optional)

Temperatures are forced to Fahrenheit (°F) with no option inside the program to switch them back to Celsius.
