Brief description of your issue
Like in the past (#1550 ), updater asks for admin rights whereas it should not (portable configuration). If I refuse, system Informer is closed. Update version offered: 4.0.26206.2232 (asking for admin rights) Actual version: 4.0.26189.2457 (hoping it is not this version which is responsible)
