[FEATURE] Add to path from options

Description

Shell integration can be added and removed from the options menu.

I did not know there was an option in the installer to add the folder to the path environment variable.

I installed using winget, so without any installer GUI. It seems WinMerge has no option to run a repair installer where you can customize the installation (in the uninstaller). Manually adding it to path is an option, but does the WinMerge uninstaller only remove it if it was registered by WinMerge during install? Or is it left as is regardless of how it was added?
