[BUG] Scrollbar with 64k+ lines

I presume it is some 64k limit.

Open 1 file with 70k lines.

Ctrl + home, to be sure you are at the top. Roll the mouse wheel 1-2 times down. You are now viewing from line ~6.

Drag the vertical scrollbar thumb up. Be careful not to move it down. Result - nothing happens, you are still at line 6.

If you do move it down, then you can get back to top.
