Different colors for the "left only" and "right only"

To begin with. What an AWESOME tool this is!

I had to compare files and folder, just the existence of them this time. The task was to merge up / recover some missing folders in two directions.

So, what the title says, a color setting for that right and left so it's gives a direct visual clue about that?

And a mock-up. Color to strong here but you get my intention.
