[Feature] 希望可以增加对新增条目标题的自动翻译

• Zotero Version: 7.0.32
• Plugin Version: 2.3.16

尊敬的开发者您好， 对标题的翻译功能很好！解决了快速阅读和寻找特定条目文献的问题。 不过目前只支持手动设置对某个条目执行条目翻译，后续是否会支持对新增的条目自动翻译标题呢？ 如果可以的话，非常感谢！
