[Bug] Pattern Suggestions can Dismiss the Crash Recovery window

What's the issue you encountered?

After a crash, the original file will be loaded. When the crash report dialog is still open, the pattern suggestion prompt can open, dismissing the crash report.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Cause a crash while editing a file that has a "#pragma magic" or "#pragma filename"

When the app reloads, the crash window will be dismissed as soon as the pattern is recognized.
