I don't understand the version numbers

Within each release, I see several .exe versions. I don't understand the difference or if they're related to the Blink engine. Why is it called MiniBlink 49?

Within the 2023 version I see these file .exe The VIP versions are supposedly paid but contain an inferior version of Blink.

vip_miniblink_4975_x32.exe (Blink 79) vip_miniblink_4975_x64.exe (Blink 79)

wkexe_4949_x32.exe (Blink 92) wkexe_4957_x32.exe (Blink 92) wkexe_4975_x32.exe (Blink 92) wkexe_4975_x64.exe (Blink 92) wkexe_5775_x32.exe (Blink 79)

Within the 2025 version I see these file .exe mb108_x32.exe (Blink 132) mb108_x64.exe (Blink 132) but within It contains DLL versions... mb132_x32.dll mb132_x64.dll
