Suppressions using non js/tsdocs

Suggest an idea for Knip

Hi Currently, Knip supports inline suppressions using js/tsdocs, however these end up in the hover information in IDEs which is irrelevant for the consumer

Would it be possible to add support for regular comments, which do not end up in this information :)
