[Feature]: Web search for local models

Feature description

I am running ollama in docker but I dont find how to add websearch via MCP or other options. I have SearXNG also running in docker and would like to combine them.

Implementation Suggestion

librechat websearch setup seems to work well for docker.

Anything else?
