Issue Description

使用中に気になった不具合がありましたので、ご報告いたします。 [vcclient_std_win_2.2.2-beta_only_beatrice.zip]　につきまして、

・学習モデルを追加した際、モデル一覧の位置の入れ替えや削除などの編集が正常に機能しない様です。 特に、追加したモデルを削除できない状態になるのが不便です。

・起動直後は変換のレスポンスが非常に速いのですが、起動したまま30分程度放置した後に使用すると、変換のレスポンスがワンテンポ遅れるようになります。 一度VCClientを再起動すると元のレスポンス速度に戻りますが、時間を置くと同じ現象が再発します。

いずれも再現性があるようですので、可能でしたら改善していただけますと幸いです。
