[Feature Request] Add Laravel 12 Skill

Hi there! :)

First of all, thank you for this amazing project! I've been using the Antigravity Kit and really enjoy the workflow.

The Feature Request: I noticed that there is currently no dedicated Skill for Laravel 12. Since Laravel 12 is the current standard, having a specific skill for it would be incredibly helpful to ensure the AI suggests the latest best practices, syntax, and directory structures native to v12.

Why this is important: Without a specific v12 skill, the agent might fallback to older patterns (Laravel 10/11) or hallucinate deprecated code. A dedicated skill would streamline the development process for modern Laravel projects significantly.

Unfortunately, I don't have the technical depth to author the prompt/skill myself via a PR, but I wanted to bring this up as I believe many users would benefit from it.
