[Bug]: OpenViking Helper 0.0.21 reports Codex App not installed for current Windows Codex desktop install

Issue Origin

Observed and reproduced on Windows with OpenViking Helper 0.0.21.

Bug

OpenViking Helper reports Codex App not installed even though the current OpenAI Codex desktop runtime is installed and running. In the same Agent Access card, the Helper reports CLI installed, MCP connected, and Hook connected.

Environment / evidence

• Windows 11
• OpenViking Helper 0.0.21
• Running Codex executable: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\OpenAI\Codex\bin\12219cbfbcbddde7\codex.exe
• codex-code-mode-host.exe is also running from the current Codex desktop installation.
• Helper displays Codex App not installed despite the integration being connected and operational.

Expected behavior

OpenViking Helper should detect the current OpenAI Codex desktop installation/layout and report the Codex app as installed.

Actual behavior

The Helper shows a false-negative Codex App not installed status while MCP and hooks are already connected.

This appears to be a detection gap for the current Windows Codex desktop install layout.
