[BUG] Cannot hover over tardy error icon for scripts with long names

Sequence of actions:

1. Open extension panel on a mismatched script url
2. Place the mouse over the red exclamation mark next to the strikethroughed script name

Problem:

The edit button and more button pops up, obstructing the error icon, making it impossible to read the error message.

Expected result:

It should be possible to click the error icon even if a script has a long name.
