[Feature] Add a hover tip for the option "Expose installed version on userscript catalog sites"

Can you add a hover tip for this option. Because I have not understood what does it mean. Sending my script every time I increment a version? Sharing scripts installed from different sites to greasyfork.org?

Than I understood that it means that the site can see what version is installed, to show a proper button like "Reinstall", "Update" etc. But it's better to make a hover tip with explanation
