clipboard history : add "disabled applications" option

I use quite a few applications involving sensitive data that I don't want showing up in my clipboard history (e.g., passwords, 2FA codes, or credentials).

Describe the solution you'd like

The clipboard should allow certain applications to be excluded. I use Tinycast and they offer this feature.

When you copy something from the app, the element you just copied will ne be persisted in the clipboard history (maybe delete it after 15s, 30s something like that...)

Describe alternatives you've considered

I use Tinycast for this feature but I really want to try yours... it's much more pollished and cross OS so it's nice...
