Is this project actively maintained at this point?

The release pace was every 2-3 weeks until the last release, which has been months now. There are 227 open PRs, many related to open issues, some dating back months. The current release is clearly broken and doesn't work, nor does main. Trying to ascertain if this is still a project worth referring my students to for agent evaluations.
