Add GitLens Patcher

GitLens Offline Patcher is an open-source utility script that applies a runtime license bypass, API interception, and authentication shims to GitLens for offline and firewalled environments.

Key Features:

• Offline Bypass: Unlocks the visual Commit Graph, Worktrees, and Visual File History without an active internet connection. • Plan Mocking: Injects a runtime subscription override to force Pro and Enterprise tier status. • Server Interceptor: Intercepts check-in API connections, returning mock active Enterprise licenses instead. • Webview Guard Override: Bypasses account linking prompts on premium views.
