[Bug] Controls Feel Different Between the Normal and the Embedded Mirroring

Environment

• OS: Windows
• escrcpy version: 3.2.0
• Installation method: Windows release
• Device model: Google Pixel 8a
• Android version: 17

Describe the bug

Between the normal mirroring and the embedded mirroring, controls feels differently. Specifically:

• Mouse wheel scrolls much more on the embedded mirroring. It also sometimes register taps at the mouse location.
• The "throwing" move often fails or register as weak on the embedded mirroring. While dragging works, I sometimes get no or small momentum after releasing.
• scrcpy keyboard shortcuts are missing, e.g., Alt+H, Alt+N, Alt+O, Alt+P, Alt+S.

This is jarring for me when trying the embedded mirroring, since I have built up muscle memory in the normal mirroring mode.
