Re-index and re-audit KalarisLabs/research-agent-skills after collection security update

The repository page correctly lists 281 skills, but the collection skill detail and security audits still show an older SKILL.md snapshot.

The detail page still says the collection entry “provides the full collection installation path.” The current GitHub file says it “helps an agent choose the right skill for a research task.” Commit 1c8bac8 removed the broad npx install instructions from the skill file. Those removed instructions are the basis of the existing Socket alert and Snyk W012 warning.

I confirmed that npx skills add KalarisLabs/research-agent-skills --skill research-agent-skills --agent codex --yes fetches the current text, while the skills.sh detail page still serves the older text. The current repository's GitHub CI passes its skill security and code security jobs.

Please refresh the stored snapshot for this repository and rerun the collection skill's Socket and Snyk audits against the current main source. If other skill pages still serve old content, please refresh those snapshots too. The count and individual listings are already correct at 281.
