[skills.sh] Consolidate rodrgds/openpost into getopenpost/openpost and re-index current main

The OpenPost repository was transferred from rodrgds/openpost to getopenpost/openpost (GitHub now redirects the old name to the new one).

Current state on skills.sh:

• Stale listing: https://www.skills.sh/rodrgds/openpost shows 1 skill (openpost-cli) with outdated content from before the transfer.
• Canonical listing returns 404: https://www.skills.sh/getopenpost/openpost

What I verified from the new location:

• npx skills add getopenpost/openpost --list correctly discovers all 6 skills on current main, including the refreshed openpost-cli skill at .agents/skills/openpost-cli/SKILL.md (a supported project skill dir).
• The skill source has materially changed since the stale snapshot (corrected docs URL, clarified --force/--confirm semantics, new auth/instance/workspace/account/billing/publication workflow coverage).

Request:

1. Serve the canonical listing at getopenpost/openpost.
2. Re-index current main so the fresh openpost-cli content (and the other 5 skills) appear.
3. Retire or redirect the stale rodrgds/openpost listing so installs do not keep resolving to the pre-transfer snapshot.
