The change adds an explicit untrusted-evidence boundary in SKILL.md and references/source-policy.md. It tells the agent to ignore embedded command, disclosure, and workflow-change directives while preserving actual user authority. It distinguishes integrity from trustworthiness and does not claim to eliminate residual risk.
