[Feature] Include mentions of the "--repair" argument for users.

Just an easily accessible way for users to get a look at the argument, since it can fix things that reinstalling doesn't.

Implementation Notes

It could be shown in/when:

• The Vesktop popup stays stuck too long, right below the text showing the current status.
• In the console output when trying to run Vesktop or when an error occurs (like it already happens with the --trace-warnings argument
• In the discord server.

Additional context

Another user recently mentioned this argument, which i couldn't find mentioned in the Wiki or any easily accessible part of the discord server itself. And it fixed an issue with a corrupt file in the %AppData% directory that uninstalling and installing didn't.
