upx 4.2.2 - Manual page is missing standard OPTIONS section to list all options

Manual page is incomplete: missing OPTIONS sections to list all options.

What should have happened?

Update manual page to reflect program's -h output. It would be best if the manual were the primary source to consult for program usage.

Do you have an idea for a solution?

Document the current options to manual page.
