macho/ppc32 stopped working with upx-3.95

This is a companion to #626 , this time I compiled with CC="gcc" to get ppc32 binaries.

ATTACHED COMPILED BINARIES: diffutils-3.8-powerpc32-macos10.5.8.tar.xz.zip

All versions from upx-3.91 to upx-4.0.0 can compress the attached cmp binary.

But only the 3.91, 3.92, 3.93 and 3.94 packed exes actually do work on my mac g5 10.5.8.
