Version stuck on “processing” after hitting rate limit, retry says “Tag already exists”

On the drop-down options you'll see it's (still) processing (same as when I raised the initial issue), no change in behaviour witnessed since I reported it; repro verified on both mobile and my desktops chrome + Firefox browsers with hard resets

This doesn't affect me, I'm using a later version already, but just flagging this because the root cause hasn't been addressed yet.
