Saving output file failed after upscaling

Describe the Bug
When using Upscayl 2.15.0, no file is saved to the folder I specified. This issue can be reproduced consistently.
I searched for similar issues and found a related discussion in #1448. I followed the steps mentioned in the reply, but the problem was not resolved. The upscaled image still cannot be saved to the specified folder.
The upscaled image can be generated and previewed correctly within the app, but it never appears in the output folder on my local drive.
To Reproduce
Steps to Reproduce Launch Upscayl 2.15.0 on Windows 11. Click "Select Image" and choose a PNG/JPG image. Click "Select Output Folder" and set it to D:\output (English-only path). Select a model (e.g., High Fidelity). Click the "Upscayl" button to start processing. Wait for the progress to complete and the log to show UPSCAYL_DONE. Open the output folder D:\output and refresh (F5). The folder remains empty.

Expected Behavior
After clicking the Upscayl button and the progress completes, I expect the upscaled image file to be saved to the output folder I selected (e.g., D:\output). The file should appear in that folder and be usable.
