bug(settings): Cline login terminal text is unreadable in light mode

What happened

On Windows, I opened Settings → Harness, clicked Login for Cline, and the device-auth terminal appeared. The code, instructions, and URL are rendered in very light text on a light background, so the terminal content is difficult to read.

Expected behavior

The login terminal text should have sufficient contrast and be clearly readable in the light theme.

• Windows desktop app
• Settings → Harness → Cline login
