"Uninstall" doesn't work on Android 17

Android 17 and unknown Xiaomi HyperOS model

Android 17 security update is here and blocks the uninstall of the debloated system apps while connected to ADB on Windows right now. For i.e.: 'com.android.developer.verifier' And it disappoints. Any workarounds for non-rooted devices that support accessing banks? Not on root
